Welcome to the Gill Law Firm (GLF). At GLF our mission is to ethically collect any delinquent asset, of any nature, wherever located, throughout the United States. Whether your asset is secured by a statutory lien, real or personal property or completely unsecured, GLF employs methodologies uniquely tailored for the situation you are in. We do not wield a hammer as an all-purpose answer to your collection problems.
We accomplish our mission by leveraging pre-litigation call and collect strategies, a nationwide legal network of seasoned collection-litigation attorneys, legal technology, and decades of combined collection and recovery experience. We provide our services across a wide range of industries including, publishing & advertising, online media services, financial institutions, leasing, property management, and professional services.
GLF provides end-to-end collection and asset recovery services. Through its non-attorney management and staff, it delivers effective pre-litigation call and collect campaigns, asset locations and significant pre-suit work. This is designed to save our clients' legal fees and court costs, where avoidable.
In the event litigation is required, GLF seamlessly places the matter with the appropriate legal team, by jurisdiction, for legal collection, including post-judgment work. All of these services are delivered at competitive contingent, fixed-fee and hourly payment arrangements.
