    • Focus on meeting at least 3/8 extraordinary ability criteria for the P-1s & O-2 visa.

  2. Gathering Documentation:

  3. Sponsorship and Petition Filing:

    • Prepare and file necessary forms (Form I-129 and I-129 O/P Supplement) with USCIS.
